Full Charge Bookkeeper

Owner of Corrado Properties, Inc., a Palm Beach-based real
estate investment company is searching for a full charge bookkeeper
to work out of Palm Beach office, who will be responsible for
full-cycle accounting. Their responsibilities include managing all
aspects of general ledger, accounts receivable, and accounts
payable, as well as handling payroll information, credit card
statements, and cash flow.
The candidate that we are looking for must have extensive
experience with tax returns, payroll, financial statements, bank
reconciliation, and general bookkeeping. At least a bachelor's
degree in finance, accounting, or business is preferred. Candidate
must be familiar with QuickBooks. Previous experience with
hospitality industry accounting is required.
The job is extremely hands-on and detail-oriented, bearing much
responsibility, so the person we will hire must be responsible and
self-reliant. The ability to present information to owners and
coworkers is critical; in those presentations, they must be able to
define problems distinctly, collect data accurately, establish
reliable facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary Range: $50,000 - $55,000 per year. Starting rate of pay will
be based on level of experience.
