Manages working relationships with all levels of company management to ensure adequate coverage of human resource needs. Consults with management to identify and recommend the most qualified candidates. Extends offers to selected candidates and may arrange for relocation. This role will partner with the Finance hiring managers, Human Resources Business Partners, and recruiting partners to fill open positions and build pipelines of strong finance talent. You will help to fill a variety of finance roles at different levels and have an opportunity to work on global recruiting projects as the Finance organization continues to grow and transform.Responsibilities:

• Achieve staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates and advising managers
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
• Recruit, interview and assist in the selection of team member to efficiently and effectively fill open positions
• Build networks to find qualified passive candidates
• Review candidates to evaluate if they meet the position requirements
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and company policiesQualifications:
  • Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of positions
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to track and measure progress with providing analytical data and insights to the team
  • Ability to tolerate navigate ambiguity, handles multiple priorities, and identifies creative solutions to problems
  • Demonstrated history of taking initiative, meeting commitments and assisting in the creation of new tools or solutions to achieve business results
  • High level of energy, personal accountability, and professionalism
  • Experience with talent management processes and systemsEducation & Experience:
    • Associate degree
