Job Description Job Description We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join our team in Miami, Florida. This role is integral to managing financial operations for our growing, multi-entity organization. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be passionate about maintaining accurate financial reporting, compliance, and scalable accounting processes. Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting. • Prepare, review, and analyze journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements. • Handle multi-entity accounting, including consolidations, intercompany transactions, and eliminations. • Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and maintain accurate records. • Collaborate with auditors and assist with tax filings and regulatory requirements. • Provide financial insights and analysis to leadership and FP& A teams to support decision-making. • Identify opportunities to enhance accounting processes and implement automation solutions. • Maintain robust internal controls and documentation to support organizational growth.• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; advanced degree preferred. • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation or actively pursuing CPA certification. • Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in fintech, financial services, or high-growth industries. • Expertise in multi-entity accounting and consolidation processes. • Comprehensive knowledge of U.S. GAAP standards. • Proficiency with accounting systems; experience with fintech or SaaS platforms is advantageous. • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. • Ability to adapt and excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
