Job Description:

Position: Full-Time Office Administrator- Private Equity FirmLocation: Palm Beach, FLSalary: 55-60k with $5-6k target bonus- Fully paid medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with 6% match, 12 weeks paid maternityVacation: 15 days
**Must be vaccinated
Job Specification:

  • Guest Experience - Greet guests and guide to appropriate location (hours 8:30am-5:30pm with flexibility on either side)
  • Meeting management - Ensure onsite meetings have necessary items. (F&B, IT set up)
  • Concierge / Hospitality - Coordinate meeting catering, assist with lunch orders, set up meeting space, ensure meeting rooms are stocked with supplies
  • Office Management:
  • Report maintenance requests for the office
  • Responsible for ordering pantry and office supplies
  • Responsible for retrieving all mail, packages and allocating to appropriate party
  • Load/unload dishwasher
  • Restock kitchen items
  • Coordinate vendor maintenance services:
    • Xerox, Hulett Pest, Plant Maintenance, Dry cleaning (towels)
    • Ad hoc Admin projects - assistance with team outings, data entry in Salesforce, expense processing in Concur
