works, or attends classes at FVI. To do so, in this role, it is
expected that as a member of the FVI team exemptional customer
experience is expected with every interaction. As Student
Registration Coordinator, you will assist with proctoring entrance
assessments, assist applicants with the student registration
process and with meeting all the entrance and clinical requirements
if applicable. In your role, ensuring the proper data input and
document collection for both ADM and student information system is
vital. In this role you will be responsible for other
administrative tasks as assigned. Pre-Admission Exam Proctoring: -
Serve as the primary proctor for pre-admission exams (Wonderlic and
TEAS). - Ensure applicants are comfortable and provide clear
instructions before administering the assessments. - Print and
distribute exam results, updating the applicant tracker by the
close of each business day. - Administer Wonderlic exams daily;
TEAS exams on Wednesdays from 10:00 am - 2:00 pm. Applicant
Registration Process: - Guide applicants through the self-serve
registration process using the ADM system, assisting with document
uploads (POG, photo ID, program plan, etc.). - Review ADM documents
to ensure all required signatures are completed. - Update applicant
status in Diamond and LSQ systems daily by close of business. -
Direct applicants to pay the registration fee upon completing the
enrollment process. Nursing Program Support - Initiate the Complio
process for nursing applicants, providing clear instructions on
background checks, fingerprinting, drug screens, health clearances,
and immunizations. - Send weekly email reminders to registered
nursing students if requirements are incomplete. - Update status
results in the registration tracker every Wednesday and Friday.
Data Management & Compliance: - Ensure 99.9% accuracy and
completeness when updating LSQ, Diamond, and the
application/registration trackers. - Audit files to confirm all
pre-admissions requirements are met. - Review future start students
after the add/drop period to ensure proper submission to the
Registrar’s Office. Registrar’s Office Support: - Assist the
Registrar’s Office with processing diplomas and in-service
certificates, ensuring completion within 2-4 weeks of the
graduation date. Campus Operations Support: - Provide support to
the Director of Financial & Institutional Operations (DOFI) during
campus events, meetings, new student orientation, and open houses.
- Cover duties during lunch breaks and PTO days, preparing for
events 60 minutes prior to the start. Service Hours: - Monday to
Thursday: 10:00 am - 7:00 pm - Friday: 10:00 am - 4:00 pm Key
Metrics: - 99.9% accuracy in all data entry and document management
tasks. - Same-day or within 8 business hours completion of nursing
applicant processes. - Timely updates to all relevant systems and
trackers by the close of business. - Weekly reminders to students
with missing requirements. - Diploma and certificate completion
within 2-4 weeks of graduation. Requirements Qualifications: -
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy under
tight deadlines. - Excellent communication and customer service
skills. - Experience with data entry, record-keeping, and
compliance. - Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
