Job Description Job Description We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Test Center Administrator to join our team in Miami, Florida. This contract position offers flexibility with part-time hours, requiring availability to work varied shifts Monday through Saturday, including Saturdays as mandatory, and occasional evenings. The role involves ensuring a secure and attentive testing environment while providing excellent customer service to examinees. Responsibilities: • Welcome candidates to the test center and confirm their identification prior to testing. • Conduct security procedures, including wanding and fingerprint scanning, to maintain a safe environment. • Monitor examinees throughout the testing process to ensure compliance with test center guidelines. • Address candidate concerns promptly and courteously, ensuring a smooth testing experience. • Maintain and safeguard test center materials and equipment to prevent misconduct or breaches. • Prepare detailed reports on incidents or irregularities during testing sessions. • Assist with the setup and maintenance of computer equipment and testing spaces. • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures while representing the organization's values. • Support flexible scheduling needs based on operational requirements, including shifts and hours. • Perform clerical duties such as scanning documents and answering inbound calls.• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework is a plus. • Minimum of one year of customer service experience in a face-to-face role such as retail, restaurant, or call center. • Proficiency in using Windows-based applications including Office programs and web browsers. • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with candidates and colleagues. • Capable of writing accurate and comprehensive reports and correspondence. • Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds, move through the test room regularly, and remain stationary for extended periods. • Visual acuity to monitor computer screens and testing room cameras. • Skilled in multitasking and handling small tools for equipment setup or packing.
