Position Summary We are seeking a dependable, motivated Electrical Helper to support our electricians within the production facility. This position is ideal for someone who is eager to build their electrical skills and work in a hands?on, team?oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Assist electricians with wiring, assembly, and electrical installations Set up tools, materials, and work areas for daily tasks Perform basic electrical duties under supervision, including running cables and connecting fixtures Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Support additional production activities as needed Qualifications Basic understanding of electrical systems, components, and tools Ability to follow instructions, diagrams, and safety procedures Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Previous electrical or manufacturing experience is a plus Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively within a team What We Offer Competitive pay: $20–$23/hr depending on experience Opportunities for advancement and skill development Supportive and collaborative team environment Opportunity to join a growing industry with long?term potential Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Coconut Creek, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
