Opportunity- Senior Project Manager Our client is a distinguished
architecture firm, proudly rooted in West Palm Beach. As one of the
few local firms offering both residential and commercial design
services, we combine tradition with innovation to deliver
exceptional projects across new builds, renovations, and historical
preservation. We are seeking a dynamic Senior Project Manager to
lead architectural projects from concept to completion. What You
Will Be Doing In this role, you will orchestrate all phases of
design and construction by leading design and technical development
of commercial projects from concept to completion. Ensuring that
every project reflects our commitment to excellence, creativity,
and precision. You will play a pivotal role in driving project
success, managing client relationships, mentoring internal teams,
and delivering sophisticated architectural solutions. From initial
planning and feasibility studies to design development, permitting,
and construction oversight, you will lead with both vision and
execution. Key Responsibilities- Lead Full Project Lifecycle:
Direct architectural projects from inception to completion,
ensuring delivery of high-quality, innovative, and functional
design solutions. Client Discovery & Visioning: Engage deeply with
clients to understand their objectives; develop feasibility studies
and present compelling design proposals aligned with their goals.
Conceptual Development: Generate and refine design concepts that
balance creativity with practical execution, keeping client
priorities and project feasibility at the forefront. Team
Leadership & Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior
architects and designers, fostering a culture of growth and
professional excellence. Technical Documentation: Develop and
compile comprehensive project specifications and construction
documentation to support seamless execution. Budget & Schedule
Management: Maintain strict control over project budgets and
timelines, proactively managing resources to meet or exceed
expectations. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure full adherence to
building codes, safety standards, and legal guidelines throughout
all phases of the project. Site Oversight & Reporting: Conduct
regular site inspections to monitor progress, maintain quality
control, and provide clear, actionable updates to stakeholders.
Collaboration & Coordination: Act as a liaison between design
teams, contractors, engineers, and other construction professionals
to promote alignment and project success. Talents Required to be
Successful in this Role- 10 years architectural experience with
residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. Construction
documentation expertise , including markups, permit revisions, and
engineer coordination. Strong technical knowledge of building
systems, codes, and quality standards. Advanced design software
skills , expert revit skills, modeling, detailed, coordination.
Creative, 3D design thinking with excellent drawing ability and eye
for detail. Clear communicator and project leader , skilled in
managing teams and client expectations. High urgency mindset , able
to manage and deliver large scale, deadline driven projects.
Collaborative approach , fostering strong relationships with
clients, teams, and construction partners. Bachelor's or Master's
Degree in Architecture Architect License not required
