Key Responsibilities Install and replace residential air conditioning, ventilation, and heating systems, ensuring first-time code compliance and smooth startups Stage jobs, use tools (electrical testers, gauges, hand/power tools), and sign off checklists for efficient operations Communicate with customers on-site, explain maintenance benefits, and perform preventive work to extend system life Organize inventory, troubleshoot issues (furnaces, heat pumps, wiring), and collaborate independently or in teams Requirements 3 years HVAC installation experience ; basic plumbing and sheet metal fabrication a plus EPA Certification required Valid driver's license with clean record; own tools; pass drug screen (strict drug-free policy for safety) Honest, dependable, and customer-focused with strong problem-solving and integrity Compensation $23–$27/hour commissions for high earning potential.
