Job Description Job Description Assistant Superintendent Structural Superintendent Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Structural Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects, particularly in mid-rise and high-rise residential buildings. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all structural work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate all structural construction activities on-site Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications Manage and mentor construction teams, providing guidance and leadership Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure project accuracy Communicate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve any structural issues Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports on status and budget Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and safety compliance Schedule and coordinate subcontractors for structural work Qualifications Proven experience as a Structural/MEP/Interior Superintendent in mid-rise and high-rise construction Strong knowledge of structural engineering principles and construction methods Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents Proficiency in project management and scheduling software Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred OSHA certification and other relevant safety training certifications - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
