Function

We are looking for self-motivated individuals to be client-facing in order to help run our COVID testing clinics. It is vital that you are passionate about helping people during this pandemic by providing excellent customer service, professionalism and accuracy

Requirements

Job Requirements

• Identifying, interview, and training site managers
• Identifying referrals for hire on the Covid Side
• Ordering supplies and creating a site order schedule
• Setting up services such as trash, cleaning crew, security, maintenance, etc.
• Working with our Marketing team to post on Social Media to influence local marketing to our new site.
• Interview, hire, and coordinate as needed per site
• Documenting employee disciplinary action
• Oversee the operations of multiple testing sites in the region
• Guide, train, and help manage on site supervisors
• Prepare performance reports to upper leadership
• Organize and implement training for staff at each site
• Ensure that all sites follow safety guidelines
• Organize lunch orders per site
• Track and manage spending and reimbursements per site
• Business to Business sales
• Building and deploying a mobile testing team
• The most important duty of this role is flexibility and always having a positive attitude
  Qualifications
  
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration
  • 4+ years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, Google Drive, and other file-sharing utilities.
  • Excellent technical communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently, and to prioritize and successfully manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional customer service skills.
  • Bilingual is a PLUS!
