Description: URP Lake Worth, LLC is a primary substance use disorder Detoxification and Residential treatment facility in Lake Worth, Florida seeking a FULL TIME or PART TIME experienced Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. Nurses are responsible for performing a variety duties operating under the Medical Director/ARNP and Director of Nursing. OFFERING $1,000 sign on bonus and $500 day retention bonus at 90 days night shift only ! (Applicant must be open for flexibility).Job Duties:

• Examines patient, performs nursing screen, and initial health screens.
• Discusses case with Physician and utilizes other health professionals to prepare comprehensive patient care plan.
• Recommends referrals or other forms of specialized treatment, as needed.
• Instructs and counsels patients regarding compliance with prescribed therapeutic regimens.
• Collaborating with multi-disciplinary team to ensure all aspects of client care.
• Administer medications to patients.Requirements:POSITION REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
  • Current FL license as Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse is required.
  • One year of experience in Mental Health/Substance Abuse field as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse.
  • One year of experience with dual diagnoses and/or in the substance abuse field.
  • Possess passion and compassion for client care.
  • Proficiency in EMR, preferably KIPU.
  • Exemplary documentation skills.
  • Familiarity with DCF and Joint Commission requirements. Pay Range $24.00 to $38.00 Hourly commensurate with experience. *United Recovery Project is an equal opportunity employer. PI207563914
