Stuart Sound Animal Hospital has been serving Stuart, Hobe Sound, Palm City & surrounding areas since 1997. In July of 2013 Stuart Sound Animal Hospital opened a new, state-of-the-art facility and we are very proud of all of its advancements. Our facility includes digital radiology, digital dental radiology, ultrasonography, computerized records, and the ability to run almost all diagnostic tests "in-house". The hospital also houses one of the only positive pressure ventilated operating rooms on the Treasure Coast in order to provide the safest surgical environment possible. We are currently multi-doctor practice who are dedicated to meeting the various needs of all pets & we are eager to expand our ever growing team.Our hospital is seeking a Veterinary Receptionist to help provide outstanding patient care and client service in a fast-paced, multi-doctor animal hospital.The Veterinary Receptionist is responsible for maintaining front of house duties. These tasks vary by day but can include: answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, greeting clients, maintaining hospital required paperwork and reviewing invoices or discharge instructions. To be successful in this role, clear communication and organizational skills are key!Applicants must demonstrate professionalism, dependability, healthy and positive communication skills, and the ability to multi-task. Our next team member will be an energetic people-and-pet person with excellent work ethic and social and organizational skills.
