South Florida seeking Thoracic SurgeonLarge hospital employed multispecialty physician practice in SE Florida is currently seeking a thoracic surgeon. The practice includes more than 40 primary care providers and more than 40 hospitalists. It also includes specialists such as neurosurgeons, vascular, breast, urological and general surgeons, neurologists, gastroenterologists, pulmonology/critical care, rheumatologists and endocrinologists. The outpatient practices and the health system's hospitals are fully integrated with EPIC electronic health record. The thoracic surgeon will work closely with the growing team of pulmonologists, a lung health center, an accredited cancer center and a low dose CT screening program and will have access to the da Vinci Robot in their state of the art operating rooms. Perfectly situated on Florida's southeast coast the system is north of Miami and south of Orlando.
