Analysts (BCBAs) to join our growing team in South Florida. We
offer hybrid positions with active cases ready to start and
well-trained RBTs already assigned—so you can focus on what matters

As a key member of our clinical team, you’ll: - Conduct functional
behavior assessments (FBAs) and initial evaluations - Create and
oversee individualized treatment plans - Provide direct and
indirect behavioral support - Monitor data and make clinical
adjustments as needed - Train and supervise RBTs - Provide parent
training and collaborate with caregivers - Ensure services align
with BACB ethical and clinical guidelines What We’re Looking For -
BCBA Certification (Active, in good standing) - 8-Hour BACB
Supervision Training - Master’s Degree in ABA, Psychology,
Education, or related field - Experience working with children and
individuals with developmental disabilities - Strong communication,
time management, and interpersonal skills - Valid Driver’s License
& Reliable Transportation - Level 2 Background Clearance -
Bilingual in Spanish – a plus! - Medicaid credentialing – a plus!
