Walton Bch, FL Position Name: Med Surg Neuro RN Facility Name: HCA Florida Fort Walton-Destin Hospital Shift Preference: Days Only (7a-7p) Salary Range: 27.72 – 34.32 (10 years of experience) – 39.60 (15 years of experience) SIGN ON: $10k Days / $15k Nights Relocation Assistance: Case by Case ROLE: · Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patient’s health or situation · Advocate for patients as part of the interdisciplinary team · Analyze the assessment data to determine the diagnosis or issues · Identify expected outcomes for a plan individualized to the patient and the situation · Act as an advocate for patient safety. · Ensure effective care and use of time, supplies, and equipment. · Educate patients regarding their medications, procedure and treatments, providing patients and their families with support throughout their stay.
