OB/GYN Physician - Mostly GYN Location: Boca Raton, Florida A well-established and physician-led OB/GYN practice is seeking a compassionate, skilled OB/GYN Physician to join their growing team. Position Highlights: Competitive guaranteed salary with bonus potential Relocation assistance available Low call volume - promoting excellent work-life balance Comprehensive benefits package including: Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan CME allowance Partnership / Equity Your Responsibilities: Provide full-spectrum OB/GYN care including: Annual well-woman exams (Pap smears, pelvic and breast exams) Prenatal care, labor and delivery, and postnatal follow-up Diagnosis and treatment of reproductive system disorders Conduct thorough patient histories and physical exams Order and interpret diagnostic tests, labs, ultrasounds, and screenings Perform office procedures and collaborate on surgical cases as appropriate Counsel patients on family planning, contraception, and reproductive health Qualifications: MD or DO with OB/GYN residency training Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology Active Florida medical license or willingness to obtain Excellent bedside manner and commitment to quality care
