The role involves working in a fast-paced Acute Rehabilitation setting. The Case Manager will be responsible for coordinating patient care and ensuring optimal recovery outcomes. The position offers an opportunity to float to other units if needed, but not as scheduled. This role requires a licensed RN with a commitment to patient care and effective communication skills.
