Associate Center Clinical Director to enhance its mission of

compassionate patient interactions at our clinics across the U.S.
This role involves both clinical oversight and administrative
responsibilities, ensuring high standards of medical care and
effective operations. The ideal candidate will navigate clinical
challenges, leadership duties, and strategic initiatives focused on
improving patient outcomes and clinic performance. Oversee daily
clinical operations and ensure the provision of high-quality
medical care. Supervise, evaluate, and mentor medical staff,
including physicians and nurses. Implement clinical protocols and
guidelines that comply with regulatory requirements. Collaborate
with interdisciplinary teams to facilitate comprehensive patient
care. Engage in strategic planning and implementation to improve
patient satisfaction and clinic performance. Ensure compliance with
healthcare regulations and maintain patient safety standards.
Participate in budgeting and clinical resource management. Strong
leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills. Proven ability to handle multiple priorities
in a healthcare setting. Knowledge of healthcare regulations and
accreditation standards. Proficiency in clinical operations and
patient care management. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Board certification in relevant
medical specialty preferred. Certification in healthcare management
(e.g., FACHE) is advantageous.
