About the Role We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our vibrant and dedicated team in North Miami Shores, FL . This is a full-time, employee position (Monday through Friday) based out of our multidisciplinary clinic. You will work alongside a supportive group of therapists who are passionate about helping children reach their full potential. Whether you're a seasoned clinician or a Clinical Fellow (CF), we offer the guidance and mentorship you need to thrive. Experience in pediatric therapy is essential, and experience with feeding therapy is a strong plus. We welcome professionals who are excited to grow in a collaborative and resource-rich environment. 3. What You'll Do Provide speech and language therapy to pediatric clients in our clinic and via teletherapy. Develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and client goals. Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team (OTs, MTs, ATs) to ensure holistic care. Document evaluations, progress notes, and session reports in a timely manner. Communicate regularly with families to review progress and provide guidance. Participate in training, mentorship, and professional development opportunities. Engage in monthly team bonding events and maintain active communication via our internal support platform. Support the Medicaid credentialing process, if not already enrolled. 4. Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Active Florida Department of Health (DOH) license in good standing (required). Medicaid provider number preferred (but not required—assistance provided). Pediatric experience (required); feeding therapy experience (preferred). Clinical Fellows (CFs) welcome to apply. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required. Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative mindset. Basic computer proficiency and access to a personal computer. Reliable transportation to/from the clinic. Ability to adhere to HIPAA guidelines and maintain client confidentiality. Clean background check.
