Active State of Florida physical therapy license is required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Minimum one recent outpatient travel assignment or prior outpatient physical therapy experience required (client-specific). Experience treating outpatient caseloads and familiarity with outpatient documentation and billing practices preferred. Assignment Details Facility type: Outpatient. Location: Coral Springs, FL (Sample Road area). Contractor classification. Start date: Provided by client. (Exact start date available upon request.)
