momentum. The Opportunity BDS is seeking a Customer Service
Specialist reporting to the Director of Customer Service. This
position will support the BDS outside service technical support
team by way of taking incoming calls from BDS customers looking to
connect with the service technician or order supplies for their
business office equipment and at the same time supporting the
technicians by updating customer---s with ETA for the technician or
incoming parts. This position offers great opportunity for
advancement and further career development. BDS has been growing
rapidly over the past 10 years and the trajectory of our growth
pace continues to accelerate. The candidate must be able to operate
in a fast-paced environment with a high level of phone support
skill, communications, organization and detail. Your Impact at BDS
Work closely with the Customer Service Manager and Director of
Customer Service to log, manage and respond to customer support
needs. Process incoming customer requests for supplies, support and
service needs. Respond to client incoming requests via customized
email responses and strategize to meet the individual specialized
needs and requests of each client. Log and Report notes and
activities regarding incoming service requests keeping a detailed
record of contact names, phone numbers, email addresses and notes
regarding specific needs. Collaborate with BDS field technical
on-site service repair technicians, scheduling on-site service
calls and remote technical fixes for clients and technicians.
Schedule and monitor service dispatch calls with third-party
technicians throughout USA Assist in quality improvement
initiatives Carry out goals, initiatives and expectations set by
management. What You---ll Need to be Successful Experience working
within a customer support department supporting the technical needs
of clients such as office equipment repair, IT, manufacturing
equipment, service-based business or related industry preferred but
not required. Excellent communication skills A strong attention to
detail and highly efficient organizational skills. Ability to
collaborate effectively with clients, team members and management.
Excellent listening skills Efficient phone skills Strong systems
skills including Excel, Microsoft office Strong email and writing
skills Proven experience working within a busy incoming call center
supporting business client needs. 3 Years of experience as a
Customer Service representative Within a Call Center or equivalent
