Job DescriptionEXECUTIVE SOUS CHEF needed for private country
club in Hobe Sound. The Club is highly seasonal with members
in-residence from October through May.The successful candidate will
be responsible for food production in multiple lunch and dinner
outlets offering both casual and fine dining, banquet events and
other functions at the Club. The candidate will also supervise food
production personnel and assure that quality is consistently
attained. Candidate will assist in the training of staff, monthly
inventory process, product requisition, updating service staff in
pre-meal meetings and trainings and work any station as needed and
required by the Chef. This is a very hands on position.Interested
candidates should have experience as a sous chef in the private
club or high end resort industry. Candidates should have strong
communication skills, possess strong organizational and
multitasking skills and be a highly motivated self-starter. The
successful candidate will be team oriented and capable of working
cooperatively with a variety of employees as well as interfacing
regularly with members.Position reports directly to the Executive
Chef and is available immediately. Compensation will be based on
experience with bonus potential based on performance. EOE
