Job Description:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Lead by example, consistently conveying a positive attitude,
passion, and pride
in their work.
- Approach all encounters with residents, guests, and fellow
employees in a gracious,
attentive, courteous, and service-oriented manner.
- Conduct all business as an Ambassador, with integrity and in a
professional manner
- Respect all residents privacy, perspective, priorities, time
and resources.
- Keep fiscal responsibility and resident satisfaction in mind
when making all decisions
- Take part in keeping clean and liter free. Cleanliness is
everyone's responsibility, take ownership in the beauty of the
property
- Maintain regular attendance in compliance with standards and as
required by scheduling, which may vary according to the needs of
the property.
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming,
which include wearing
proper attire and name tag (if provided) when working.
- Always comply with standards, regulations and requirements to
encourage safe and efficient company operations.
- Always maintain a warm and friendly demeanor to residents,
guests and coworkers.
- Communicate residents and guests requests and concerns to
management promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized working environment- you are one
of the first
impressions residents will have of the property. Work stations
should be free and clear of each employee's personal affects after
each shift.
- Make reservations at local restaurants, hotel accommodation,
transportation and travel
arrangements for residents, upon their requests. Arrange for
special requests for
members upon their request to include airline reservations and
tickets to major events in
state and around the country.
- Receive lost and found items, keep up to date log of when items
were received and
released.
- If you are asked by a resident/guest to perform duties outside
the scope of your duties (such as lifting/moving heavy/bulky
items), permission must be obtained from the Management Office
before proceeding. And never should any employee lift more than
50lbs without a helper.
- Valet a resident or guests vehicle if requested. However,
homeowner parties with more than 10 vehicles require the resident
to hire a professional valet service with appropriate
insurance.
Pay Rate: Up to $19
Full-Time
