Description:Provides counseling and/or coaching to employees and management regarding employee relation matters and application of company policies, programs, and benefits.Manages key HR Operational Processes and performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, payroll, benefits, leave administration, disciplinary matters, disputes and investigations, performance and talent management, employee engagement, and training and development.Identifies training and development needs within an organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes, and regular consultation with Dept function heads.Maintains high visibility to promote HR programs and assist management with effective team communication.Provides continuous improvement of HR processes to drive operational efficiencies within the dept.Coordinates and/or facilitate employee and manager training on various topics such as DEI, benefits enrollment, and/or compensation processes.Facilities management and office/warehouse lease administrationPerforms other duties as assignedRequirements:Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Administration required.3-5 years of HR experience Human Resources experienceAbility to manage multiple, competing priorities, facilitate projects and business processes and work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative teamStrong collaboration and problem-solving skills requiredStrong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) & Google Suite; experience creating reports from an HRIS strongly preferredWorking Knowledge of Paylocity, & EASE is a plusWorking Knowledge and understanding of EOS OPerational system (EOS)PHR / SPHR certification preferred
