This is a hourly position with work hours from 7:00 AM to 4pm or 8am - 5pm with 1 hour lunch and two paid 15 minute breaks , earning a competitive wage of $20 - $25 depending on experience. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Receive incoming service calls and determine priority based on urgency, location, and technician availability. Schedule and dispatch plumbers to residential and commercial job sites efficiently. Communicate job details, updates, and changes clearly to both customers and field technicians. Track job progress throughout the day to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction. Coordinate with the warehouse or purchasing team for materials needed on jobs. Handle emergency calls and reassign workloads as needed to meet customer demands. Maintain accurate records of work orders, technician hours, and completed jobs in the system. Follow up with customers to confirm service appointments and ensure quality service was provided. Collaborate with management to improve scheduling efficiency and technician productivity. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required. Proficiency with ServiceTitan or similar field service management software. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple technicians and service calls at once. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email communication. Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude.
