At this time, we are looking for the right person to join our supervision team. Landscape Project Supervisor (Palm Beach) Work with the Botanica team, landscape architects, and clients to achieve desired landscaping results. The ideal candidate will have: Hands-on landscape installation experience. Ability to review landscape architect plans and execute installation. Extensive tropical plant and tree knowledge. Familiarity with turf varieties, especially zoysia lawn care. Working knowledge of irrigation, pest control, and fertilization. Understanding of trimming and pruning specifications. Arborist certification is a plus. Team-oriented leadership skills to manage others. Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Sense of urgency and attention to detail. Ability to please knowledgeable and discerning clientele. Commitment to workplace safety. Physical ability to lift/carry at least 50 pounds. Driver license (minimum age 21 and a clean 3-year USA driving history). Bilingual English/Spanish. Landscape industry references required. Drug-free workplace. Benefits.
