Brightline currently operates between Miami and West Palm Beach, one of the most heavily traveled and congested regions in the U.S. We are about hallway finished with construction of our Florida passenger rail system's expansion to Orlando, Florida, and we intend to further expand our rail service to Tampa, Florida with an intermediary stop at Walt Disney World Resort. We can operate up to 32 trains daily that are capable of speeds of up to 125 miles per hour, and we own stations located in the heart of downtown cities and major transit hubs in Florida. Our passenger rail system offers a travel option that is faster, safer, more eco-friendly, more reliable, less expensive, more productive, and more enjoyable than travel by car or air.

As an essential member of the Brightline Station Operations team you are an integral part of our guest's journey by preparing a delicious coffee or helping them relax with a glass of wine before returning home. Essential Job Functions:

* Assist Senior Services Manager with all Onboard hospitality services to ensure service standards are met while maintaining quality standards. * Oversee strategic direction for commissary and On-Board F&B Services. * Assist with execution of Onboard events and Marketing Promotions and Activations * Coordinates at all times a full complement of full and part-time teammate schedules to fulfill scheduling obligations of rail operation's needs. * Assist with the Training & Development of all New Teammates while completing New Teammate performance reviews to ensure accurate timely feedback. * Coordinates on-going Service Training and updating of Operating Manuals for accurate Standard Operating Procedures * Fosters collaboration with Commissary Department, Station Management and Assistant F&B Manager to ensure all service products are available while assisting with transition of setups between trains. * Actively communicates with Station Managers for any Onboard needs and guest service issues. * Ensures compliance with local health and safety standards and industry codes are met while coordinating safety training for all New Onboard Teammates. * Listens and responds to guest's questions, requests, or complaints promptly, solving as many as you can in the moment or communicating to others as appropriate. * Provides attentive and personalized service to Select Guests; show your knowledge of complimentary menu options and retail offerings for Select Guests, and cordially share information about our Company services and destinations. * Continually work on logistic efficiencies to maintain product at high quality Onboard at all times * Ensure all food & beverage offerings are setup correctly and has the proper par levels according to the time of day. * Oversee Train cleanliness and organization; always presenting a professional and memorable ride experience. * Ensure Onboard F&B carts are properly stocked and ready for guest arrival with the proper items displayed. * Visually check that quality of products meet established standards; remove or fix items that do not. * Record accurate time and temperature logs at established intervals to ensure freshness. * Clean service and work areas to adhere to Company health and hygiene standards. * Review inventory comps and waste logged in system POS * Manage all inventory onboard train, to ensure necessary items are stocked prior to departure. * Ensure all equipment is in working order and is prepared for the next shift and report all maintenance issues promptly to rail operations mechanical. * Communicate with teammates for the timely and detailed transference of information. * We are a new business model - agile and evolving.
