Job Description:

We are looking for a friendly & hardworking Hookah Server to join our team who can ensure our customers get the best possible experience.Responsibilities: Ensure all guests are greeted & served with a positive & upbeat attitude.Ensure that our guests receive prompt, friendly & personalized service.Cater to the needs of our guests by suggestively selling our products.Recommend daily specials or promotions to maximize sales.Prepare orders & Hookah, check the quality of shisha, and serve to guests.Double-check to ensure guests are having exceptional Hookah session.Checkout the guests and clean up the table after every Hookah session.Other responsibilities include cleaning hookah equipment, the prep area, & work area.Assist the management in maintaining standards by reporting any problems.Ensure our daily operations run smoothly & guests have a pleasant Hookah session.Skills: Hands-on experience in cashier dutiesAttention to cleanliness and safetyPatience and customer-oriented approachExcellent people skills with a friendly attitudeResponsible and trustworthyHigh school diploma is a plus but not requiredIf you enjoy a fast-paced way of working and want to kickstart your career in the hospitality industry, we'd like to meet you.Job Type: Part-timePay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hourBenefits:Employee discountFlexible schedulePhysical Setting:BarSchedule:Evening shiftEvery weekendWeekend availabilitySupplemental Pay:TipsEducation:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:Hookah Lounge: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
