A REAL ESTATE LICENSE IS NOT REQUIRED FOR THIS JOB

We are searching for a listing administrator who has a genuine desire to help others, takes pride in their quality of work, and also has the ability to multi-task and solve problems. Your job will be to:

--- Manage the listing process from start to finish
--- Publish & Manage Listings on Two MLS Platforms
--- Completing contracts with sellers
--- Schedule property inspections, and open houses
--- Track sales activity in our CRM database to properly showcase results.
--- Communicating with Buyer's Agents, Loan Officers, Inspectors, Appraisers & Clients in a timely manner

Responsibilities:

Keep track of all sales activity and input client information into the CRM to produce reports and share goal progress with the team
Produce and manage MLS listings and social media so homes sell as soon as possible and customers are satisfied
Set up showings and open houses in order to receive critical feedback that can improve the showing process
Obtain vendor estimates and schedule cleanings and repairs on homes getting ready to be listed to sell
Allow real estate agents to sell more homes by managing listings for sellers, from initial contact to executed purchase agreement


Qualifications:

Easily navigates basic computer programs and can create clear spreadsheets using Excel
Experience in real estate, transaction coordination, titles, or mortgages is preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Thrives on providing excellent customer service
High school diploma or equivalent required, college experience preferred
