Job Description:

Seeking a responsible, personable team member to handle security issues and access to an upscale condominium community. Should be able to handle multiple tasks as well as repetitive work. They must be able to greet residents and visitors by name in a friendly and engaging manner, to give a great first impression, while maintaining a good posture and an impeccable professional appearance. Typical duties of this position are access control, foot patrols, responding to emergencies and alarm activations, safety enforcement and documenting security and safety concerns Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Previous work in the security industries or military service a plus. Good communication skills necessary. Full Availabilty preferred (days, nights, weekends, holidays). Valid Florida's License required.
