Job Description:
Barbacks and Bussers - work directly as support staff for the
Bartender and Service teams. - Knowledge of any operational
policies of the restaurant will include knowledge of food liquor,
beer and wine menu offerings. Knowledge of steps of service and
side work tasks. Follow state and local laws regarding verifying
age requirements with regards to alcohol service. -Basic Tasks will
include but are not limited to the following: - -Barbacks - -
Know & Follow all Laws regarding
serving alcoholic beveragesKnow - & follow Food and Beverage Safety
regulations - -Have a working knowledge of menus food, liquor, beer
and wine offeringsBe a great team playerMaintain stock - changing
kegs, re-stocking beer wine liquor and ice as needed and
directedMaintain cleanliness of the - premises - - ensuring there
is plenty of clean glassware and all service and guest areas of the
bar are cleaned at all times including the floors -Follow all
Busser related checklists shiftly/daily/weekly as required by your
locationBe aware of the Five 'P's of World Class Service: pride,
passion, preparation, professionalism and presentation.Be an
ambassador of the Brand - -Food Runners -
Know all table numbers, their
location and the 1st seat of each tableHave complete knowledge of
each plate and how it is supposed to lookKnow the amount of plates
that one can carry safely, while maintaining the quality of the
plateServe Ladies first on the left using the left handGrab any
extraneous items from table when leavingAlert server of any
immediate needs for the tableFollow all Food Runner related
checklists shiftly/daily/weekly as required by your
locationCommunicate any issues or obstacles to management in a
timely professional mannerBe aware of the Five 'P's of World Class
Service: pride, passion, preparation, professionalism and
presentation.Be an ambassador of the Brand - -Reports To: GM/CDC -
and all members of the Restaurant and Culinary - Management - -It
