Southland Holdings Company is currently accepting resumes for highly motivated -EXPERIENCED OPERATORS -to join our team in Lake Worth, Florida!Qualifications:- 2 years minimum experience operating an asphalt paver in a Commercial or Heavy Highway setting.- 2 years minimum experience operating asphalt equipment- Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time- Must have a strong work ethic- Must have a Valid drivers license and reliable transportation to and from work (Class A CDL a plus!)Experience:

Paver Operating: 2 years (Preferred)License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Preferred)
- CDL (Preferred)Work Location: One locationPowered by JazzHR
