Job Description:
Johnson Bros, a Southland Holdings company is seeking a level 2
asphalt quality control. The position will primarily be responsible
for hot mix quality control. The position includes roadway testing
duties to ensure HMA being produced and placed meets or exceeds
specification. Other duties include, but are not limited to;
aggregate gradations, hot mix formulations, tracking test results,
generating reports, and communicating results with the quality
control team/Supervisor.Requirements:Applicants holding one or more
of the following FLDOT -approved certifications are highly
desired.a. Hot Mix Asphalt Specialist Certification (Level 2B
Placement)
b. Materials Analyst Specialist Certification (SB102 Placement)
c. ACI Concrete Field Testing Technician - Grade 1 (Field)We offer
