Job Description:
Busy and active condominium association looking for an
experienced and ready-to-work On-Site Maintenance Worker.
This is a full-time position and working hours are 7:00 am - 3:30
pm.
Responsibilities:
--- Changing light bulbs
--- Irrigation maintenance and minor repairs
--- Painting and paint touch-ups
--- AC drain line cleaning/clearing
--- Light janitorial work
--- Misc. handy-man repair work
--- other tasks as delegated by management
Qualifications:
--- At least 3 years of relevant & similar experience
--- Irrigation experience
--- Willingness to learn more
--- Authorized to work in the US
--- Reliable transportation to and from work
