If so: We are seeking an experienced IT Network Support Technician for our Palm City, Florida location. (This position must be worked on site and cannot be a remote/telecommute position.) This position is 3o hours per week and offers our full benefits package. In the role of IT Network Support Technician, you will provide level 1, 2 and 3 IT support to end-users for application and hardware troubleshooting including Windows workstations, printers, mobile devices, Office 365, etc. You'll configure and maintain network systems and equipment including but not limited to network and application servers, directory/authentication systems, firewall and security systems, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and VOIP, routers and switches, LAN/WAN/VLAN/WLAN configuration and troubleshooting. You will support the cloud database environment as well as Windows Server and SQL Server databases and infrastructure, maintaining security of the server landscape and all associated services, adhering to the architectural guidelines and policies.To be a successful fit for this role, you will need experience providing end user support including O365 - Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, etc., experience with Azure (Active Directory Replication, AD Connect), Windows Server, SQL Server, network administration including DHCP, DNS, VPN, VOIP, firewall, router, switch management, WAN/LAN/VLAN/WLAN troubleshooting, and log analysis.Other required experience includes Active Directory Certificate Services management, security and compliance; incidence response, Intune Autopilot Device Management, federation services, group policy management, authentication and SSO, SAML, OAuth, Kerberos, and LDAPs.An Associates or technical degree and three years of work experience in a related IT position is preferred but we recognize that your hands-on experience is valuable as well. Therefore, an equivalent combination of education and/or work experience will also be considered.
