**Position Specific Description**
Smile, you found us! This position will be based at our Plant
Martin (PMR) in Indiantown, Florida and will travel to support the
fleet. Under limited guidance, position directs a team of
maintenance specialists, technicians, engineers, and contractors
involved in power plant overhauls and maintenance. Position leads
internal and external resources to execute maintenance work with
direct accountability for safety, environment, quality, schedule,
and cost. Position is expected to apply rigor, discipline, and
focus in following standardized processes and procedures, while
continuously applying a lean and quality improvement mindset to
improve the process. Position should possess strong technical
knowledge of power plant equipment and be skilled in understanding
and resolving technical issues, including for unplanned scope.
Position works closely with other Supervisors and Contract
Coordinators to develop and implement complex plans for execution
of work scope. Industrial experience within mechanical, electrical
and/or I&C preferred.
**Job Overview**
Employees in this job direct a team of maintenance specialists,
technicians, engineers, and contractors involved in major
maintenance activities or plant maintenance. Individuals in this
position lead internal and external resources to Deliver Certainty
for assigned major maintenance activities or plant maintenance to
achieve objectives for: safety, environmental, quality, schedule,
and cost compliance.
**Job Duties & Responsibilities**
Focuses on streamlining activities through the use of lean
maintenance concepts and standardized processes and procedures
Develops leadership skills to assume greater accountability for
internal employee development and performance management
Leads, under general guidance, the cost and schedule functions in
accordance with corporate financial policies and procedures
Performs other job-related duties as assigned
