Head of Sales Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop Sales and Promotion strategy to meet organization goals and advance mission using data metrics/analytics.
Provide strategic leadership and oversight for the sales department, field training & Crunchi Support (Service) team day-to-day functions.
Coordinate with Marketing and Product R&D to ensure BRand alignment
Build and maintain strong relationships with the independent sales leaders
Oversee planning and execution of bi-annual leadership events for the sales field per year staying within approved budgets.
Involvement/approval of monthly promotional/marketing plans to ensure above annual sales plan KPIs are achieved
Develop, plan, and implement recruitment strategy for additional legs (developing leader program, outside events, and ad program)
Develop, plan, implement, and train on compensation plan enhancements,
Develop sale promotions incentives and reward trips (party/event strategies)
Forecast sales, develop out of the box sales strategies/models, and evaluate their effectiveness
Develop, plan, implement, and Train on P&P issues and compliance.
Setting quarterly and annual sales goals and motivating the sales teams to achieve their goals.


Head of Sales Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

10+ years experience in the direct sales (MLM) field.
Bachelor's Degree in Business required.
Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
Excellent business analytical skills including the understanding of profit and loss, budgets, and return on investments.
MAC computer skills and experience with GSuite preferred.
Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary client service.
Must exhibit the skills to collaborate with and achieve actionable results through others, the ability to build strong and sustainable relationships, and the capability to interact within all levels of the organization
