working with Cynet Health to find a qualified PCU RN in Melbourne,

authority figures required Description: The position requires a
Registered Nurse in a Progressive Care Unit. Candidates must have
at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. Candidates will be
expected to manage patient ratios of 1:5. Floating to other units
or locations within the facility is required. Weekend coverage is
necessary, with every other weekend scheduled or a total of 6
weekend shifts per 6-week period. No on-call duty is required.
Candidates must have experience with charting systems, specifically
EPIC. The role involves caring for adult and geriatric patients
with various diagnoses. Interdisciplinary support will be provided
by a team including physical therapy and social services. Special
procedures will include post-operative care and the management of
various medical devices. Candidates must demonstrate skills in
